It's true. A newly released video to YouTube and the views it's getting is certainly relevant to iTunes discussion. Just like when Rude Boy was released.
Talking about the chance of somebody hitting number one on Billboard and Billboard predictions, however, DO belong in the Billboard thread, if that's what you mean by "biased"
Anyways, I'm not the "iTunes police" I just posted those 'rules' as guidelines because the past few week's threads were gigantic messes and headaches for everybody. And you should respect guidelines because it makes life easier for everyone.
