Can you even believe it? 10 years ago on the dot, Cassie's Ryan Leslie produced debut hit stores after her single "Me & U" became a summer smash landing in the top 3 of the Billboard Hot 100. Still as fresh today as it was back then.


What are some of your guys favorites from the album? Me & U, Miss Ur Touch, and the unreleased Don't Go Too Slow are constants for me!

She did! Just never a second one sadly. She did release a mixtape called Rockabyebaby in 2013 though which had features from Wiz, French Montana, Rick Ross, Ester Dean etc. If you like her at all check the debut and it out! She also has almost 100 unreleased records that have leaked over the years that are gold lol.

I heard "Me & U" today and it sounds just as fresh as it did in 2006. Such a timeless record.

I still listen to her bops it's cute. I love Stamina, which is not on the album.

Ikr, people don't wanna admit it but it and a few others definitely inspired a kind of new-wave R&B! Plus tons of producers kinda replicate it's vibe still lol. (i.e. Truffle Butter...)

Love that one too, just wish it had leaked in slightly higher quality...same goes for "Let Me Go" that Darkchild did too...shame all those gems got paid dust by her/Bad Boy
