Yeah, I feel you.
I think they were thinking they'd get a couple of hits under her belt before releasing it...not knowing "Next" and "Don't Kill The Fun" weren't going to pop off the same way. lol.
I would have probably decided the same too. Nowadays you gotta have a massive hit, or several small hits to get people even remotely interested in an album. Just so happens they picked a couple of songs that weren't surefire hits.
