So recently I've noticed the prominence of open relationships among gay men. I knew open relationships were a thing among gays but it's like every gay married couple I know is open. It makes me scared for the future because even though I'm just being a heaux for now since I'm almost 19, when I DO settle down I don't want this open mess.
But will I even be able to find a guy that wants an ACTUAL marriage? Sorry, but I truly believe that open relationship marriages are not real marriages. Your thoughts?
To have an open relationship you need to be extremely secure with your partner and you need to have a lot of trust.
Majority of them don't work because of jealousy or lack of security/trust.
There are very few that actually succeed, but if both partners are consenting then good luck to them, not my place to judge.
