Gaga made her money I highly doubt she cares about flopping commercially. Plus she takes herself too seriously as an artist to ever put out an album whose sole purpose is to slay the charts or sales. She's after critical acclaim and cementing her legacy now.

She's done the diamond album/multi-platinum album & single thing, she's done the Billboard Hot 100 thing. I think she values the respect of her peers and industry more than certifications or chart positions

So sure if LG5 flops she'll get the usual lashing from ATRLers but that won't stop her from collecting awards.

We know Gaga will tour the whole world and not just perform in 1 city for years.
We know that Gaga is the one singing on her albums, not some other person her team hired.
We know Gaga will actually put out quality music that was made with a group of other acclaimed and talented people.
We know Gaga actually cares about her career and will promote and do her very best, on stage and off.

If she were to "flop", at least she will flop with dignity.
