Discussion: Did the CIA try to destroy black people via cocaine?

So I find conspiracy theories interesting and I was reading about the theory that the CIA deliberately funneled crack cocaine into poor African-American communities to kill them. Do you think this is true?

Particularly for the African-American members, what are your thoughts on this?

I'm guessing you have never met crack addicts. It isn't the drug that kills them but the consequences of addiction

Most coc users I know keep up with their responsibilitiea but one guy started Prostituting himself out for money to feed his addiction: now he has sores in his throat and HIV....

They made a movie about it with Jeremy Renner. It's one if those theory that are likely to be true. The US us trash for it and I don't care what anybody says.

There was this rumor back in the day that Ronald Reagan flooded low-income communities with drugs, on purpose during his presidency. Ask an older American who was of age during that time, they should know b/c I could be slightly off.

Sidebar, when Nancy Reagan passed recently all any news outlet cared to talk about was her incorrect stance on Aids.
