It wrongly claimed that Biggins made racist remarks to housemates and made a ‘Nazi joke’ in front of housemate Katie Waissel, 30, who is Jewish, leaving her in tears.
He was also alleged to have told the group that a “scientist had told him that black people have brains more likely to commit crimes”.
