H&M has literally the most generously sized rags of all clothing chains. I'm an 36 in H&M where literally everywhere I have to get a 38.
At least that's in Europe. American companies are probably even more generous, considering, so maybe that's why you think H&M is small.
And she's not morbidly obese anymore fyi.
