So my understanding is that this is only for use on straight roads, and only small cars can pass under it, but not SUVs or trucks? Still, it's a cool idea, and nice that they were able to implement it though.
Oh I saw the sketches of this - and people it doesn't elevate up and down, people can take stairs / elevators to get to the upper levels. The purpose of it is so that it doesn't block traffic.
I seen this on FB a while back and thought it was just an idea they were coming up with.
I never knew they would actually go with it, and so soon at that.
I can't imagine the amount of car accidents this will cause.
Cool. Hope that this is successful and becomes a thing elsewhere. My only concern would be what if you were driving under it and it started to veer off to the side a bit and you ran into the inner wall??? Do the bus drivers have alerts???
