I don't have 30 mins ~ an hour to spend every challenge when it should take max 10 mins.

No disrespect, I think it's a bit disrespectful to make dozens of people wait for +30 mins, when all there is to do is wait a few minutes and open PMs.

A time where it's almost sure you won't get disturbed should be picked, instead of a time where many things could come up (like during work)
