A concept:

Rih performs at the Superbowl in 2017 and announces a new world tour afterwords including dates in Asia, Australia, South America, Africa, countries in Europe she hasn't visited during the ANTi Tour and obviously the US.

why can't she just add legs to the ANTI world tour considering that's in a few months

I swear that we open the Superbowl topic every year and nothing happens. I don't think Rih wants its pressure. If it took from Madonna to do it after 30 years of her career, then why not Rih do the same?
Let the GP grows older to appreciate her appearance there and her music more, and maybe after 15/20 from now, she'd be ready.

I love talking about Super Bowl setlists and what not because i love planning it's kinda fun. The only reason I even think she's doing it soon is because of that article a few years back saying they wanted Katy, Coldplay, and Rih for the next three. Like clockwork two of those people did it. I don't necessarily think she needs to do it soon, it's certainly not mandatory or anything. But I'm not gonna ignore a huge hint

Re: Madonna I think the half-time event has changed quite a bit since it's initial inception. They weren't doing solo shows at the beginning, nor was it necessarily huge stars of the time. They let people with lots of history do it, plus group performances with random stars. We've just ended a shift where Rock legends took the stage (since they were trying to avoid controversy after Janet) but now we're back in a pop/big stars of the current times era. So it makes sense why Madonna got shafted in the past, especially when you consider all of the mess she got in as a star. It also makes sense to think Rih will do it soon because of the current trend. However, you could be right. Maybe she has no interest in it.

She should honestly start all over tbh, with a schedule aimular to this one:

May - South America (~ 5 dates)
June - Europe (~ 12 dates)
July - North America (~ 40 dates)
August - Asia (~ 9 dates)
September / October - Africa (~ 2 dates) & Oceania (~ 6 dates)

*tour break and R9 release in November with promo until december*

February / March - North America 2.0 (15 dates)
May - Europe 2.0 (~25 dates)

And this is honestly the only way I can see her getting a $200M grossing tour

This is the exact same reason why I'm thinking she's doing it next year. I also dont wanna jinx it though.

Adam Selman did an interview a few weeks back saying that he designed some pieces for Rih because she had some performances lined up in August. I assumed the designs were for festival dates but she wore merch today. It couldn't be OVO fest because a local stylist found those pieces for her. If she continues wearing merch/pieces from the tour for these festivals does that mean a VMA performance is confirmed?

@Will I do NOT see that happening. At least not so soon... she would take a major break halfway through if she did a tour that long. Or it would have to be a greatest hits tour/final major WW tour before she settles down. I don't see her actively trying to reach $200 million tbh

Yeah the W magazine article started off weird and it was just a mess of an idea/article. Nothing really happens and it's just a lot of random stuff, blurbs etc.

Also I hope she announces Sex with Me as a single and serve a video. Want Anti to continue having continuity.

That W article is amazing. It really shows why Rihanna means something different to different people. It extends to her music too, in the way your favourite Rihanna song is likely to be different from my fave Rihanna song. It's hard to put her down in one category.
