You mean we've explored the planets in our solar system which is in our galaxy... The galaxy which probably has millions of other solar systems. Our galaxy which is just one of BILLIONS in the universe. Each galaxy containing BILLIONS of stars. Each star potentially having planets orbiting them that contains life. It's unfathomable to think we're the only intelligent beings.
