i think they tried on time and it exploded before it got out of the country
They have fired 9 missiles so far in 2016 and the only ones that didnt fail or explode mid air are the one they fired into the sea of japan/east sea
Their military weapons technology is outdated since no one will supply them with arms (not even China surprisingly) and the moment they hit even so much as a fishing boat in South Korea, Japan, the US, the members of NATO, United Nations, and South Korea will end them within a matter of days.
