I often see some Brazilian singer's name "Biel" trending WW on Twitter (it's #1 right now).

Googling around, it seems like he is always doing controversial things like harassment, getting into police trouble & getting banned from the Olympics? Everything is Portuguese so I don't know and was just curious.
