Yes. I'm the king of budgeting! I'm kinda cheap in general so I spend the bare minimum on everything but I have thousands saved up so it's all worth it

I don't really pay attention to that because I always have enough. It's very subconscious.

It's such a good feeling! I've been a saving money for years now and have a healthy little nest egg.

A few weeks ago my car had some troubles (engine fluid leaked and ruined a bunch of cords and cables) and the work it needed was about $500. It was nice to write a quick check and be done with it.

I have friends who will have a financial emergency and they literally have mere dollars in their checking account. The stress of it all.

A friend of mine recently went on a trip with her boyfriend and his family and took about a week and a half off of work. She said that when she got back she dumped most of her check into rent and barely had money for food and gas for the following two weeks. I don't know how she survived.

I live in austerity, I'm saving up and see how I will invest my money, maybe get a master or travel, I'm not sure yet.

Yep and I'm still 19! Each paycheck I instantly put at least $200 away (more if I have more to spare). I have a few certificates so I can't touch the money too. In a year or two when I have 10-15k saved up I want to start investing.

Nope. I used to but i've gotten way too careless recently
