The song was a hit before the olympics games and promo during the girls olympics events (Which the US won gold) boosted it even further.
1. Lets first acknowledge that It is not an official olympics promotional song.
2. Its peak came after the event, so you should probably wait for the actual Olympics to start before denouncing Rise a flop.
I don't even like this songs but y'all left your brains at the door when you ran at the soonest opportunity to drag Katy.
