If only it was because of bad luck sis, this is literally the result of government negligence and political corruption. There is a bunch of people to blame for every single malaise this country suffer, and it's not mistery who they are, unfortunately vote is obligatory and much of the less instructed folks contribute to keep the bandits on the rule.
