I used to workout 3-4 days a week, I had to stop for an entire month bc finals (I wouldn't but my parents ) but I started again now and went 6 days in a week.
I work out, for my health and my mood, not for how my body is supposed to look (even though it does look better). But that's it. I don't lift crazy weight, drinking whey protein or anything. I just do what I feel comfortable with and it feels good.

I really don't know how I'm going to find time to work out after summer is over, though.
Every second day I walk to and from the gym which is 40 minutes each way, and I'll do 20-30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training. Every other day when I don't go to the gym I go for a vigorous/brisk walk for 1.5 hours.
