Moody's is an established and respected financial services company. Prominent members of Moody's have worked for both Republicans and Democrats, and they have no reason to be biased or to lie (also, to expect that they simply could without being eviscerated in their own industry is kinda silly). Other reputable sources are publishing articles on the Moody's report.

I'll additionally note that this isn't actually "vague crap" but detailed economic analysis - you can actually read the full report here if you're interested. It has a pretty thorough breakdown of what's happening and how in the scenarios they gave for a possible Clinton presidency, and I think you'll actually find it quite reasonable.

You can't really just dismiss a report of this kind from an entity as respected as Moody's; they are a reputable source, they are objective in their analysis, and they hold authority in the field.
