Yes. Which is why he's saying enough is enough, and wants them to work together so there's no need for exclusives only on TIDAL to happen any further.

He's begging for Apple to buy Tidal. L O L. If Apple does, they now have every reason to propose a cheap acquisition, take it or leave it scenario, since Tidal can't fincancially survive on its own.
