“New York is an ugly city, a dirty city. Its climate is a scandal, its politics are used to frighten children, its traffic is madness, its competition is murderous.
But there is one thing about it - once you have lived in New York and it has become your home, no place else is good enough.”
― John Steinbeck
Is New York City the greatest place in the world? I teared my eyes a little watching that video, not gonna lie. I find it so inspiring, full of life, hope and the most life can offer you. Can't wait for the day I'll finally put my foot in Manhattan. Discuss.
I'd say it's different for everyone. I prefer quieter, more natural places with a lot of historical small towns - so Czech Republic is the "greatest place in the world" among those I've seen. Or I love the atmosphere of the Greek islands. New York City just ain't for me!

I've been to Prague three years ago and I loved it so much honestly It's probably my favorite city that I've visited so far, although I've never been out of Europe. That or Dusseldorf.

It'll most likely change once I go to NA tho.
Prague is stunning indeed, but the rest of the Czech Republic is even better. So many woods, and so many historical small towns with a castle uphill. Truly stunning, if it wasn't for the impossible language I'd move there
I didn't find the United States any special, so boring.
