Normani's high note was NOT lip-synced, it sounds completely different to the studio version. In the studio version she begins with a D# whereas in this performance it started on a C# and then went up to a D#. It's also significantly shorter than in the studio version
Girl you can clearly hear the difference between her live vocals and the lipsynced part in those videos.
The high note is definitely lip-synced. You can see how the playback didn't work here.
Yeah, there's nothing wrong but the title had 'Normani slays note' before you removed it.
Of course it sounds different to the previous line is because the previous line was in head voice whereas the "this high" part was belted...
She was probably just too nervous to sing it the previous time... otherwise she wouldn't have started the word "this" and then stopped partway through. Like I said, it sounded completely different to the studio version, and the "high" note was actually a tiny bit under pitch... surely if it was lip-synced it would be completely in tune
