What are some laptops that are good in all areas -- especially capable of running beefy programs (no lagging, being slow at all etc.) -- and are within the $800-$1,200 price range (preferably AU dollar).
I really recommend the Surface Pro models or the Surface book. Mine has been exceptional for college. Photoshop, video editing, business software, you name it - anything but gaming.
