FKA Twigs and Grimes don't come across as technically proficient singers to me, but they do an amazing job with what they have.
EDIT - Nvm I'm apparently wrong. Bjork is an excellent singer + does an amazing job with what she has.

I stan Katy and she honestly isn't the greatest singer out there. I love her aesthetics though and her music is great. She doesn't sound bad all the time. I like Britney sort of and she's kind of a horrible singer.
