FOUR YEARS of exposing govt secrets with her weaker than Gmal security because she wanted avoid govt oversight opening herself up to potential blackmail to anyone who has the emails or Trump hoping Russia's finds emails that are probably already out there. Hoping to that someone finds something is not the same as asking for a hack either.
