Nnn watch the new video be uploaded but only available to non US countries. Save those new U.S only streams queen. (But seriously, the self sabotage Rise keeps getting is not cute.)
They probably didn't have the rights for the Olympic footage beyond NBC and the United States, and only kept it up for the week while there was no alternative video on YouTube with the full song. With the video release she may as well direct the views to the official video instead, I just guess her team were too keen for the switchover.
Or it's a messy attempt to boost Spotify streams and get her on some charts.
