At work I do, only so if anyone goes on the computer after me, that can't see what I've been browsing (which would be ATRL). I also use it on my home laptop when someone posts a **** link or ****ographic image.
1) watching adult videos
2) when I want to download files from sites that only allow one download per time.
3) I know one site where if you are logged in you leave fingerprints on other users' profiles, but you obviously don't if you're not logged in. So when I'm too lazy to log out and log in, I just use inkognito.
4) When I want to use a local language version of google cos on the main I have english
5) To see if some link works even if I am not logged in somewhere
oh and when Austria bans some sites
