I just checked TV Guide and NBC, ABC, and CBS are starting their coverage at 7 PM PST/ 10PM EST. Katy is set to perform right before Chelsea's introduction so there's a good chance her performance will only be televised on CNN Unless coverage has started earlier the last few nights. Idk.
