Everything is fine - Jen is in Europe with her right now. They just posted a photo together on Melissa's instagram yesterday. The new assistant is basically shadowing Jen right now around Europe. Jen got married a year or two ago and I'm sure she's ready to start a family of her own and settle down a bit. She's been with Rih for years. They love each other. This is just a normal part of it I guess.
