Tini Stoessel gave an interview in Argentina today. She mentioned Disney has been wanting her to release her solo debut since her 2nd year on "Violetta" (which was in 2013), but she told them she wouldn't do it because she still got like 3 years left with the series so she wouldn't be able to focus on her music career.

In this same interview, she also mentioned Beyoncé, Michael Jackson and Jessie J being among her musical inspirations!

They're desperate for that Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus type of success. To think that Miley actually was able to balance having both a massive music career and a massive TV show at once is kind of astounding.

Her success was incredible. Hope she can keep it up.

I actually think they wanted her to pull a Selena and have her releasing stuff while the show was at it's peak. But since she didnt, they decided to make the movie to help to promote her as a solo artist!

Miley's success in both fields is indeed impressive, but her career and Tini's are not comparable at all. Violetta had 5 albums released, 240 episodes and more than 350 tour dates just between 2012-2015. There wasn't really much time left for her to attempt at having a solo music career as well!

TINI is a great album, I've been getting into it lately
I love the pace of her releases, now she should take a lil break and then release a full english album with some good features with new teen pop artists (and tropical house songs)

I think she should have a Reggaeton song with Maluma on her next album. That would really do wonders for her popularity

But i think the next album won't be happening until late 2017 because she will start touring in a few months from now!

That being said, Violetta was filmed in Argentina, but it was huge in Latin America and Europe!
