She didn't though.
She had both offers on table and the US producers weren't convinced with Nicole, so left her hanging. She either had to keep waiting for an uncertain call by the Cats producers, or chose XFactor which offer was already clear and ready and a platform that actually want her.
I would have loved to see Nicole doing also the US version of Cats, but these US producers played games.
I am happy they got someone as amazing as Leona in the end, who also deserves more acclaim than she usually gets, so it's all fine. But I also completely understood Nicole's decision in the end, since these US producers are rats.
