Spit almost never transfers HIV, I don't know about other STIs. Saliva might corrode the condom, you'll need to look it up, but generally it is insufficient because it dries too quickly for it to be beneficial. Just use lube.

Should be alright if you don't have gum disease, i guess.

spit aint carrying nothing. but use real lube or the condom might break, spit is too dry
