I legitimately don't think she'll will any of the fan voted ones because her fanbase skews older and I don't think a lot of it will be hopping online to vote.

She's performing. She's off all of August so she probably planned around this and regardless of RainDreamer's passive aggressive post, the VMAs is the only award show Bey is loyal to. She's performed there every album cycle since her solo debut
