The song was put on spotify 1 week after its release without any promo. It wasn't put in any 'new releases' playlist neither she tweeted about it. Only the fans know about it seriously I don't see it rising up the chart until it becomes known when the Olympic games start.

I heard it on a big italian radio this morning.

Cold Water is #1 on iTunes (discounted) and #1 on Spotify. A sure #1.
Streaming is not big so far, I say #4-#5.

Why is everybody freaking out? We all know Katy is great at the singles department. Even flops like TIHWD did decently. I'm not worried at this point, when the single was only released for like one and a half week. Freak out all you want if after a month & it's still not doing well.
