And Lay Me Down is not bad, it's just kind of...there, i'm shocked that people here like it.

Aww, thank you!

I do my best! Thank you for saying that, though! You're too kind!

No, I know, but even if you did, I couldn't blame you, especially given what's going on with her right now. Even I'm questioning stanning for her, and I've been a huge fan of her since her very first song.
No, "Lay Me Down" isn't bad, but it's just there, like you said. I think the sound is classic Adele and fits her perfectly, but... I don't know. Maybe it lacks the emotional depth the rest of the album has? I don't know. And I got the impression that she wasn't very involved in the writing process for that song, based on her comments in the Zane Lowe interview. She literally said, "He wrote me this beautiful song called 'Lay Me Down.'" But she's listed as a co-writer, so... I don't know.
Also... Am I the only one disappointed she's not doing "Send My Love" acoustic anymore? I wanted her to do it like the studio version at the VMAs (if she does perform), but I LOVED the acoustic version she did during her shows and I wanted her to keep it. That better be the version we get on the DVD. It's so much better.
