Yes.
It got 2.4 million US views on Youtube. As seen
here, so no she wasn't local. Why would Katy be local on Youtube
And I have estimated it's overall streams at 5 million and still have it
far behind #10. I would be shocked if it's higher than #11.
Would need 7 million + streams to debut top 10 and that's just not happening with 2.4M from Youtube and basically no Spotify.
