Chances are if she isn't even paying attention to the concert, she didn't even want to be there. Probably got dragged by a friend and has the money to pay for expensive seats.
How is that annoying? Literally does not affect your experience
Literally, it does sometimes. People holding up their phones in the air to watch the show through their screens obstructs the view. And regardless, it's just sad to see that the art of enjoying a live show as an experience is kinda lost.
