I feel like she wouldn't allow herself to be announced for a festival before announcing new music. Mindtrappa make it sound like she's still flippant about LG5. If the single is coming August 19th, or near the end of August, she doesn't need to tease/announce it now.

The thing is that all of these performances are months away. If she is indeed announced for these festivals, new music has to be coming sooner than usual for them to actually announce it. So it'll be a good sign if they do, we may even get an official announcement from her if it is. But honestly, I can't really say that I'm not annoyed if she really isn't going to any of these festivals or hell even the VMAs. Like C'mon batch, I like to be teased but now I'm dying.

It's less than four weeks away until the 19th August. If they're in the "drawing room" phase of the lead, I would be hopeful something is coming. Very soon. But you can just never tell with Gaga. There's so many opportunities over the next few months, it'll definitely be frustrating if she misses them.

Also are you telling me that Just Dance is better than Bad Romance, Born This Way or Applause?

Just Dance has a touch of care free personality that she's kind of lost over the years in her lyricism. It's fun and without certain pretensions in the lyrics.

For me though it's Bad Romance > Applause > Born This Way > Just Dance

Applause and Just Dance, sometimes switch but "Some of us just like to read" is one of her laziest lyrics ever. DJWS delivered with the production tho. I'm glad she's still working with him on LG5.
