Well, Hello went #1 because of a combination of those things... There was obviously tons of hype coming off the biggest album of the decade/millennium. But I get your sentiment and agree. I do think she's capable of garnering multiple #1 hits even with her huge album sales and WWWY just wasn't meant to be a big hit. Too samey.
