To be quite honest, I know some cubans who look just like them. Everytime they say they are hispanic people are like "where." But they do look white as hell.
If the signs are wrong, then ok, maybe they're not Hispanic. Then again, maybe they're Hispanic but don't speak Spanish (very well).
It's 2016 and people still fail to understand "latino" is not a race. Many Latin countries have significant white populations, including Mexico, Cuba, Colombia, Argentina, etc...
And cowboys are not exclusive to the US. One persons redneck is another's paisa.
According to ATRL??? Sis take a sociology course and educate yourself. Latino is an ethnicity NOT a race. There are white latinos, black latinos, asian latinos. There is no way to know if these people are latino or not unless you know their ethnic background. And trust me there are white latino rednecks, i've met a few
