An amazing album and sadly one of the most misunderstood of recent memory, if not the most misunderstood of the decade. Though the era was slightly messy, and obviously the production on the album isn't as fleshed out and clean as on your regular go-to pop album, I still appreciate we got such an honest and interesting record from her, one that will probably stand the test of time by getting more fans over the years.
Whether you liked Dead Petz or not is completely beside the point because she stated not everyone was going to like it; it's the fact that she took such a risk artistically. Making music she'd never made before. Producing her own songs. Writing by herself and releasing it for free
Not many pop artist are doing that nowadays and I don't think that's something to look down on
