The date has still yet to be announced.

Announcement of something is on the last week of July, then the single August 5 or 12. And video is either August, 5, 12 or 19. Then a VMA performance on the 28th.

Well one is in LA and the other is in New York. But since they are technically back to back that would be a bit much. The good thing is that they don't technically air on TV back to back. iHeartRadio has announced they're airing their festival on December 31st/January1st. And Global Citizen airs sometime in October or November. So the general public would see them when they're intended to.
