Where's her #1 single?
Where's her Grammy award? Has she won any remarkable award that may make her legacy look great? Teen Choice Awards do not count on this.
She happened to get three hits that were huge due to streaming but when you look at their real sales, they're really poor and they were very local. Being the most followed person on IG and the face of any fashion brand don't make artists A list.

Her shows didn't hold that many people so those percentages are incorrect. The box office data doesn't lie though. She'll get the #1 next era, and she has an VMA and an Emmy which are very respectable.
She got 3 consecutive huge hits and steaming-wise SOL and HTM weren't that huge if you look at their YouTube and Spotify views. In this sales climate, they did well in terms of sales. Good For You is practically gold in the UK and sold 2.7m and 1.2 million outside of the US despite only being performed at Taylor's concert in L.A. during its run, SOL sold 1.3m in the US and over 2m WW, and HTM (the third single) is gold in the UK and is approaching 1m in the US and 2m WW at the moment. The only single that isn't doing that great is KEWK which did hit top 40 on the bb100 and top 15 on pop radio without nearly any promotion. So no, they weren't very local.
Actually having name recognition does makes artists A-list. How can someone be A-list without the average Joe knowing their name or being able to put the name to a face? This generation is very social media driven so being the most followed person on IG definitely says that a lot of people know who she is and care enough to follow her.
You tried it

A-list celebrity, yes.
She's more B+ borderline A- list out of the pop stars right now (not in the past 5-10 years)
