This is closer to dragging him than defending him, though.

And, I mean, Taylor clearly didn't know about the video because She would never have given permission for that—and so far as I know, Amber isn't mentioned by name in the song, so she's kinda reaching with the comment. They're both in the same boat; neither knew about the video.
