Katy copied Hard Candy, sued

TMZ reported that Katy is being sued over a logo design appearing on her makeup line for CoverGirl.
On the CoverGirl products the logo features a heart design between her name and the brand name.
Hard Candy want CoverGirl to remove Katy's products and are also wanting a percentage of their profits.
It is not clear exactly why they are suing but sources have said it is because of the heart that appears in Hard Candy's products.
