Okay, this is officially the best song of 2016. Poor Witness, poor KP4, poor everyone.

Witness will come as the real lead single of KP4 and the GP will be shook.

Katy needs a song that's peaked at #10 or #11 so either way that would be new for her, but having another career top 10 would be amazing.

It's extremely underrated, that's for sure.

I think it's up there with her most creative, unique, pieces of work.

But Rise is peaking way higher than #10 or #11.
