it does not get a banner because her album is already out.. so ppl just download the song from the album, if Tiao had an album out nd this was his second single he probably would not get a banner... neither did BEP or Telephone.. but idk why justin bieber keeps getting a banner tho.. wierd

anyways i think people just get those promotion banners when they have no album out yet and are just releasing their first singles..
