I can't think of 3 pop girls that'd do good together, seeing as they'd all be clawing to outsing, outdance, outrelevance each other and it'd just be a competition to see who could snatch the most headlines.
But in a fantasy world where 3 girls could actually all perform together as equals instead of rivals, I'd probably go with Kesha and Rihanna, seeing as they're my faves and could either rap or sing (to varying degrees of success) and then I'd probably have Nicki as the dedicated rapper who could sing if needed. Basically, I'd want them to be able to suit themselves to a wide variety of genres and, out of relevant pop girls feat my main fave, they'd be the best pick imo.
Substitute Nicki for Ari if a rapper wouldn't be needed though.

Girl groups are tragic and the girls are held back from expressing their personality, so I guess 3 pop girls who lack personality would make a good girl group.
