Just saw a video of her performing LOTB in Frankfurt... welp. Why didn't she do it like that in Milan
She did us so wrong, and we're like her biggest crowd this tour. I mean, the show started one hour later, she cut FFS and KIB, all after we went through storms (it rained almost all day)
Not surprised almost everybody calls it a disappointment.
So, I saw her show last night. While I really enjoyed it, I also had my issues with a couple of things.
The set list (or more like the sequencing) was pretty much an overall mess, although it was definitely a lot better during the second half of the show. Opening with two old ballads was just so off and really a missed opportunity. You got to admire her beauty and go like, "YAS, QUEEN, SLAY" and it was a moment, but still... Then another two album tracks without much of a performance to them before the show finally took off. Quite a slow start.
The ratchet set was unexpectedly my least favorite part of the show. The Birthday Cake remix was sick and the choreo and dancers slayed, but it never really went where I wanted it to go. The songs also lasted for too short of a time period, so it all felt a bit snippet-y.
Consideration sadly completely perished. No one really sang along to it (unlike to most of the rest of the show) and it seemed like more of a filler performance, which was unfortunate.
I also didn't care for the obligatory featured verses medley. She needs to scrap that already (unless she starts doing CRTFY).
The island/reggae and EDM sets were my favorites. Her dancers and the voguers gave so much life and she seemed most in her element doing Man Down / Rude Boy / Work.
I had a bit of a cackle when before 54S she said something along the lines of, "I want you guys to help me sing this next set" after she had already made the audience sing half of the show for her anyway.
I got bored with her costumes, too. While each and every single one looked great, it was too same-y (minus the black one) and apart from the first costume, none of them were sexy (maybe racy for Whitney standarts) or something I'd wanna see her rocking. I loved how she served classy sex bomb with the last outfit especially, though. Like, whew.
The aesthetic and production of the show was also really cool for what it was (very modern, clean and slick), but, to be honest, when I spend 110 bucks I wanna see a spectacle and lots of drama and inflatable plastic objects and curtains and a bit of foam don't do that. I feel like this tour is kinda stuck in between festival gig, rock concert and pop show, which is cool, but the latter is coming too short.
Oh, but before I forget (after all the criticism), she did magnificently as an overall entertainer. She served so much personality, it was crazy. All the faces she pulled while singing alone (and whenever she whined while having her tongue out) >>>

Nah still between 20K and 21K tickets available for Lyon including around 10.800 GA.
I said I would believe that she sold 35K only if the capacity is 55K.
If the capacity is 40K then she only sold half of it.
Or they put too much GA ticks' on sales (since Milan underestimated GC, Lyon could overestimate GA) but I still dont think so.
We cant know since it's a new stadium (that's also one of the reasons it's doing so bad, people don't have the habits to go there and see concerts + its outside the main town)
