Golden Globe is always a 2nd place for everything. For movie, it's behind Oscar, and for TV, it's behind Emmy.
There is no Globe in EGOT.
OT : expected, Globe always nominate a fresher and newer series or actor/actress or what's really happening on that year.
The same for Gina Rodriguez and Rachel Bloom, they won the best actress on previous year, but didn't have a chance to get nominated on Emmy.
